I love the quality and fashions there. The only thing I strongly recommend is that you go a size up in their size chart unless you want super skin tight clothes. I hope they adjust their size chart. Other than that, I wish recommend their clothes.

Wow, That sounds bizarre.
They do have a very strict return policy. However, when regarding the average price of one item is at least $100. I can understand this from a luxury online store such as House of CB. If I received an item that looked like it was returned and had looked like it was tried on or stretched, I’d be pissed.
Their security tag is a long thick ribbon that is secured by a gold stapled button. If that’s tampered with, the return is void. They have a lot of precautions explaining all this when you’re shopping online. Also in the paperwork they give you in the shipment.
I recommend you always order one size up from their size chart, otherwise it will be skin tight.

I hadn’t received any sort of email confirmation about my exchange. So I emailed and they said they’d look into it. I get an email back saying there are sweat marks on it and security tags tampered with and that I’ve worn it!! THEM: “However, I have been advised by our return team your item shows signs of being worn (sweat marks on back and chest areas) and our security tags looks like it has been tampered with.”

Ummmm hello!!! it did not fit! Which is why I wanted to exchange it! Complete BS!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Read the reviews, i wish i did before ordering. Apparently they do this all the time. Refuse to exchange or refund and claim there are stains. It’s their shtick! That’s $160 thrown away!!

I don’t think they’re known for their jeans. In my experience purchasing from house of cb, ALWAYS go up a size in whatever clothes you’re purchasing. Their size chart is skin tight lol. I hope that helps.
